August 2011.

Radio Nord Communications inc., Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. RENEWED – Broadcasting
licence for the French-language radio network, from 1 September 2004 to 28
February 2005.
2004-371
L’Alliance des radios communautaires du Canada inc., across Canada. APPROVED –
Broadcasting licence for the national radio programming network providing
programming to French-language and Acadian community radio stations that are
members of L’Alliance des radios communautaires du Canada inc., from 1 September
2004 to 31 August 2011.
Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:
2004-5-1
Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2004-5 dated 7 July
2004 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 7 September 2004 at 9:30
a.m., at the Conference Centre, Portage IV, 140 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau,
Quebec, the Commission announces that items items 25 (Telephone City Broadcast
Limited), 26 (Bel Roc Communications Inc.), 27 (Sound of Faith Broadcasting) and
34 (Westwave Broadcasting Inc.) are withdrawn from the public hearing.
Telecom Decision:
2004-56 The
Commission grants an application by West Coast TelTech Ltd. and by A&A Call Link
Telesolutions Ltd. to review and vary Follow-up proceeding to Telecom Decision
CRTC 2002-56 – Foregone toll revenue compensation for expanded local calling
areas, Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-27, 7 May 2003 (Decision 2003-27). The
Commission does not consider it necessary to review and vary Framework for the
expansion of local calling areas, Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-56, 12 September
2002 (Decision 2002-56). The above determination renders moot the application by
the applicants to stay Decision 2002-56 and Decision 2003-27.
