2004-57 The Commission has received the following applications by Atlantic Broadcasters
Limited, Houssen Broadcasting Ltd., Vidéotron Ltée, Columbia
Kootenay Broadcasting Co. Ltd., and Shaw Cablesystems Limited. The deadline
for submission of interventions/comments is 8 September 2004.

2004-254-1 Erratum - The Commission is issuing a correction to paragraph 1 of Telecom

2004-257 The Commission
approves on an interim basis, an application filed by EastLink, dated
16 December 2003, and amended on 17 December 2003 and 4 May 2004, to revise the interconnection rates in several General Tariff items.

2004-258 The Commission
approves on an interim basis an application by EastLink, dated 7 January 2004
and amended on 23 February 2004, to reflect the adjustments
made to the incumbent local exchange carriers' Direct Connection rates.

2004-259 The
Commission approves on an interim basis, an application by EastLink,
dated 5 May 2004, to revise General Tariff item 403.6,
Interconnection with Wireless Service Providers - Line-Side Access, in
order to reduce the monthly charge per activated telephone number in
Nova Scotia from $0.0566

2004-260 The Commission
approves an application by Kenora Municipal Telephone System, dated 29 June 2004,
to update its index and to reformat item 6 of section 100, 9-1-1 Public
