Broadcasting Decision:

2004-544 Radio CJLS Limited, Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. APPROVED – New low-power transmitter in Yarmouth for the radio programming undertaking CJLS-FM Yarmouth.

Broadcasting Public Notice:

2004-95 The Commission has received various broadcasting applications. Deadline for submission of interventions/comments: 14 January 2005.

Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:

2004-10-4 Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2004-10, 2004-10-1, 2004-10-2 and 2004-10-3 dated 3, 9, 25 November 2004 and 8 December 2004 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 10 January 2005 at 9:00 a.m. , at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces that item 24 (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC)) is amended.

Telecom Orders:

2004-412 The Commission approves an application by Bell Canada, on behalf of itself, Aliant Telecom Inc., MTS Allstream Inc. and TELUS Communications Inc., dated 4 November 2004, to revise National Services Tariff, Special Facilities Services item 732, Large Capacity Digital Network, in order to withdraw the service as the existing customer no longer requires this service offering. Reference: TN 849 (NST). Eff. date = 10.12.04.

2004-413 The Commission approves an application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel), dated 5 July 2004, to revise the service description associated with Competitor Access Tariff item 650.14, Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) Access Capability, to provide SaskTel's retail DSL Internet Service to end-customers of any competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) when the CLEC is providing primary exchange service, business or residential, using a local loop leased from SaskTel. Reference: TN 68. Eff. date = 10.12.04.
