Broadcasting Decisions:

2004-554 Columbia Electoral Area A Television Rebroadcasting Society. Moberly and Blaeberry, British Columbia. APPROVED - New FM transmitter to distribute, in non-encrypted mode, the signal of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's national English-language network service, Radio Two of the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Moberly and Blaeberry.

2004-555 Burnt Islands Economic Development Board Inc. Burnt Islands, Newfoundland and Labrador. APPROVED - New English-language FM Type B community radio programming undertaking in Burnt Islands. The licence will expire 31 August 2011.

2004-556 Craig Media Inc., on behalf of a wholly-owned subsidiary (to be incorporated) of Craig Wireless B.C. Inc. 2004-432 The Commission approves an application by Northwestel Inc., dated 5 November 2004, in order to remove the exchanges of Little Cornwallis Island, NU, and Bearskin Lake, British Columbia. Reference: TN 815. Eff. date = 29.12.04.

2004-433 The Commission approves an application by Société en commandite Télébec, dated 15 November 2004, in order to charge Wireless Service Providers (WSPs) the 9-1-1 rate per working telephone number discounted by 50 percent and to charge Centrex customers the full 9-1-1 rate per telephone number. 2004-434 The Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications Inc., dated 8 October 2004, in order to revise the General Tariff of the former TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. in order to introduce item 2.29, Access Service 310-XXXX. Reference: TN 391. Eff. date = 21.12.04.
