2004-565 CHUM Limited. Ottawa, Ontario. APPROVED - Extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the transitional digital radio undertaking associated with CKKL-FM Ottawa, until 31 August 2005.

2004-566 CHUM Limited. Ottawa, Ontario. APPROVED - Extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the transitional digital radio undertaking associated with CFRA Ottawa, until 31 August 2005.

2004-567 CHUM Limited and Milestone Media Broadcasting Ltd., partners in a general partnership to be established. Edmonton, Alberta. APPROVED - Decrease of the antenna height and relocation of the transmitter for the radio programming undertaking.

2004-568 Cogeco Diffusion inc. Sherbrooke, Magog and Trois-Rivières, Quebec. APPROVED - Acquisition of the assets of two radio programming undertakings, namely CFGE-FM Sherbrooke and its transmitter CFGE-FM-1 Magog, and CJEB-FM Trois-Rivières from Cogeco Radio-Télévision inc., as part of a corporate restructuring. Broadcasting Public Notices:

2004-98 The Commission has received an application from Vidéotron Ltée, CF Cable TV Inc. and Videotron (Regional) Ltd. The deadline for submission of interventions/comments: 24 January 2005.

2004-99 Request by Vidéotron to rescind a mandatory order issued pursuant to section 12(2) of the Broadcasting Act. Comments must be received by the CRTC and by Vidéotron on or before 28 January 2005. Vidéotron may file a written reply to any comments received concerning its request. Such replies should be filed with the Commission, and a copy sent to the person who submitted the comments, by no later than 7 February 2005. (.pdf)

2004-438 The Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. (TCQ) (now known as TELUS Communications Inc., dated 17 October 2003 and amended on 27 November 2003, for a General Tariff for intra-exchange and inter-exchange optical fibre service in Quebec. 2004-439 The Commission approves two applications by TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. (TCQ) (now known as TELUS Communications Inc.), dated 14 May 2003, to introduce special facilities tariffs associated with optical fibre network service. Reference: TCQ TNs 350 and 351. (pdf)

2004-440 The Commission denies an application by TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. (TCQ) (now known as TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI)), dated 17 July 2003, to introduce item 4.01, Optical Fibre Network service to its Special Facilities Tariff. The Commission directs TCI to give 60 days notice to the customers of the arrangements that they will be migrated to the General Tariffs, and directs TCI to migrate its customers of the arrangements to the General Tariffs approved under Telecom Order CRTC 2004-438, no later than 90 days from the date of this Order. 2004-441 The Commission approves Schedule C of the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection between Bell Canada and Vidéotron Télécom ltée. Bell   Canada filed an application on 17 November 2004. Reference: 8340-B2-0080/02.

2004-442 The Commission approves the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection between Shaw Telecom Inc. (Shaw) and Bell West Inc. Shaw filed an application on 16 November 2004. Reference: 8340-S61-200413501.

2004-443 The Commission approves an application by Thunder Bay Telephone, dated 19 November 2004, in order to reduce the 9-1-1 monthly rate from $0.25 to $0.24  for all exchange services equipped for outward calling to the public switched telephone network and from $0.125 to $0.12 for wireless working telephone number. Reference: TN 112. Eff. date = 01.01.05.

2004-444 The Commission approves on an interim basis an application by Ontera, dated 7 December 2004, to introduce General Tariff item 3320, Inter-exchange Optical Fibre service. Reference: TN 111. Eff. date = 23.12.04.

2004-445 The Commission approves on an interim basis five applications by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 23 August 2004, proposing revisions to its General Tariff to introduce item 210, IP-Evolution Service, as an alternative to the company's Centrex service. TCI also proposed to offer an IP-Evolution Messaging service as part of the proposed tariff. Reference:  TCI   TN  150, former TCI TNs 534 and 535 and TCBC TNs 4216 and 4217. Eff. date = 03.02.05.
