Broadcasting Decisions:

2004-26-1 CTV Television Inc., Across Canada. The Commission corrects Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2004-26 dated 21 January 2004, in which the conditions of licence in the appendix to Talk TV – Licence renewal, should have included the following condition: 9. The licensee shall charge each exhibitor of this service a maximum monthly wholesale rate of $0.07 per subscriber, where the service is carried as part of the basic service.

2004-83 Star Choice Television Network Incorporated, Across Canada. RENEWED – Broadcasting licence for the national direct-to-home satellite distribution undertaking from 1 March 2004 to 31 March 2004.

2004-49 The Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI) dated 12 November 2003 proposing to: migrate the 9-1-1 service for the City of Edmonton to the provincial 9 1 1 service offered in Alberta; amalgamate the former TCI General Tariff item 280, Provincial E9 1 1 Service, and TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. General Tariff item 121, Provincial 9-1-1 Service, into TCI General Tariff item 203, Provincial 9-1-1 Service; and approve three agreements. Reference: TN 128. Eff. date = 18.02.04.
