Broadcasting Decision:

2004-62-1 Todd Goldsbie, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated, across Canada. The Commission corrects paragraph 5 of the French version of Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2004-62.

Telecom Decisions:

2004-9 The Commission approves an application by Amtelecom Inc. to vary Decision CRTC 2001-756. Specifically, the Commission varies the pricing constraints that led to Telecom Order CRTC 2002-230 in which the Commission denied Amtelecom's rate increase for residential primary exchange service for individual line subscribers. 2004-10 The Commission approves MTS's Band F SIP subsidy of $0.20 per residential network access service. The Commission further directs MTS to reflect this amount in its 2004 subsidy calculations due 31 March 2004. Reference: 8661-M3-200317710.

Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing:

2003-12-3 Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2003-12, 2003-12-1 and 2003-12-2 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 1 March 2004 at 9:30 a.m., at the World Trade and Convention Centre, 1800 Argyle Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia, the Commission announces corrections to items #2 (Rogers Broadcasting Limited, #4 (Astral Radio Atlantic Inc., #5 (Maritime Broadcasting System Limited, #11 (CKMW Radio Ltd.) and #15 (Radio Beauséjour Inc.). The intervention deadline date is 26 February 2004.

2004-1-1 Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2004-1 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held 19 April 2004 at 9:00 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces a coorection to item #3 (King’s Kids Promotions Outreach Ministries Incorporated.

Telecom Orders:

2004-50 The Commission approves, subject to the service assignment determined in the order, an application by Aliant Telecom Inc., dated 24 November 2003, proposing to: a) migrate several tariff items to Aliant Telecom's General Tariff item 650, Voice Messaging Integration; b) make changes to its Voice Messaging Integration service; and c) introduce Call Forward Busy/No Answer service. Reference: TN 115. Eff. date = 19.02.04.

2004-51 The Commission approves on an interim basis an application by ExaTEL Inc., dated 13 January 2004, proposing administrative changes to several General Tariff items. Reference: TN 4A. Eff. date = 01.06.02.

2004-52 The Commission approves an application by Prince Rupert City Telephones, dated 12 January 2004, to increase the monthly rates for its Remote Call Forwarding service applicable to business and residence customers. Reference: TN 73. Eff. date = 19.02.04.
