2004-88 Radio Express inc., Valleyfield, Quebec. RENEWED – Broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CKOD-FM Valleyfield, from 1 March 2004 to 31 August 2004.

2004-89 Multipoint distribution system undertakings, Various locations in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec. RENEWED – Broadcasting licences for the multipoint distribution system undertakings listed in the appendix to this decision, from 29 February 2004 to 31 August 2004.

2004-90 Northern Lights Community Radio Corp., Forteau, Newfoundland and Labrador. APPROVED – Extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the radio programming undertaking at Forteau, until 27 February 2005.

2004-91 Meni Dene Co-operative Association Limited, Wha Ti, Northwest Territories. The Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Meni Dene Co-operative Association Limited serving Wha Ti.

2004-92 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Edmonton, Alberta. APPROVED – Decrease of the antenna height of the transmitter CBCX-FM-1 Edmonton from 232.6 metres to 193 metres of the authorized contours of CBCX-FM Calgary.

2004-93 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Regina and Prince Alberta, Saskatchewan. APPROVED – Decrease of the effective radiated power from 24,980 watts to 20,000 watts for CBK-FM Regina and its transmitter.

2004-94 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Jasper, Alberta. APPROVED – Increase of the effective radiated power from 9 watts to 50 watts and change in the antenna height from 12.4 metres to -55.2 metres of the authorized contours of CBXT-4 Jasper.

2004-95 Câblevision TRP-SDM inc., Rivière-du-Loup, Mont-Joli, Matane and St-Fabien, Quebec. APPROVED – Extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the transmitters for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking at Rivière-du-Loup, Mont-Joli, Matane and St. Fabien, until 11 December 2004.

Broadcasting Public Notice:

2004-8 Call for comments on a proposed exemption order for certain low-power radio undertakings. The Commission will accept comments that it receives on or before 20 April 2004.

Telecom Orders:

2004-53 The Commission denies an application by Société en commandite Télébec, dated 17 September 2002, to eliminate the "Forfait C" bundle, add features to the "Forfait affaires de base", "Forfait A", "Forfait B" and "Forfait E" bundles without changing the rates, and introduce discounts based on contract length for the "Forfait affaires de base" bundle. Reference: TN 288.

2004-54 The Commission approves an application by Aliant Telecom Inc., dated 16 January 2004, to introduce Additional Perimeter Reports for Centrex per Agent Service. Reference: TN 120. Eff. date = 20.02.04.

2004-55 The Commission approves an application by Aliant Telecom Inc., dated 16 January 2004, to introduce Network Automatic Call Distribution per Queue service in New Brunswick. Reference: TN 121. Eff. date = 20.02.04.

2004-56 The Commission approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 14 January 2004, to add 15 Digital Network Access (DNA) DS-1 serving areas to the current list of serving areas and to expand three DNA DS-1 serving areas to offer DNA DS-3. Reference: TN 806 (National Services Tariff). Eff. date = 20.02.04.

2004-57 The Commission approves an application by Northwestel Inc., dated 21 November 2003 and amended on 19 December 2003, to revise its Occupancy Rates for Radio Sites, specifically in relation to its power rates. Reference: TNs 802 and 802A.
