Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:
2003-12-1
Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC
2003-12 dated
23 December 2003 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on
1 March 2004 at 9:30 a.m., at the World
Trade and Convention Centre, 1800 Argyle Street,
Halifax, Nova Scotia, the Commission announces a correction to item 7
(East Coast Broadcasting Inc.).

2004-16 The
Commission approves on an interim basis, subject to one modification, an
application by TELUS Communications Inc., dated 12 December 2003, to revise its
Special Facilities Tariff item 687, OC-192 Wavelength Service. Reference: TN 131.

2004-17 The
Commission approves an application by Bell Canada , dated 5 December 2003, to
revise Special Facilities Tariff item B27, Access to Automatic Route Selection,
in order to modify the service charge structure from a single rate to various
rates depending on the length of contract and the number of locals the customer
takes. Reference: TN 6784.

2004-18 The
Commission approves an application by Aliant Telecom Inc., dated
20 November 2003, in order to introduce Customized Recorded Announcements in
