approves an application by Bell Canada dated 12 December 2003, in order
to increase, between 6% to 10%, the monthly rates for Centrex Microlink

approves the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection between Call Net
Communications Inc. (CNCI) and Globility Communications Corporation. CNCI
