Commission approves an application by O.N.Telcom, dated 22 December 2003, to add

2004-35 The
Commission approves an application by Bell Canada dated 17 October 2003, to
establish extended area service between the St-Fulgence and Jonquière exchanges,
effective 4 February 2004. The Commission however denies Bell Canada's request to
increase, from two months to six months, the period where the community of
interest criterion is satisfied in a 12 month period. Reference: TN 6775.
