Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:
2003-10-2
Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC
2003-10 and
2003-10-1
relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 12 January 2004 at 9:00 a.m at
the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec. The
Commission announces that item # 4 is withdrawn from the public hearing.
Telecom Orders:
2004-1 The
Commission approves an application by Aliant Telecom Inc., dated 10 October 2003,
to introduce item 215.5, Centrex Call Center Service, to its General Tariff. The
company proposed to consolidate the call center tariffs from its former
constituent companies in this new item. Reference: TN 107.

2004-2 The
Commission approves on an interim basis an application by Call-Net Communications
Inc., dated 10 November 2003 and amended on 21 November 2003, to revise several
General Tariff items in order to reflect the Commission's findings in Telecom
Decision CRTC 2002-34,
30 May 2002, with respect to interconnection rates. Reference: TNs 18
and 18A. Eff. date = 01.06.03.
2004-3 The
Commission approves an application by Téléphone Guèvremont inc., dated
17 September 2003 and amended on 27 October 2003, to add a list of the acceptable
methods for obtaining express consent for the disclosure of confidential customer
information, as directed in Telecom Decision CRTC
