Commission approves TELUS Communications (Québec)
Inc.'s request to make its rates in the residential optional local services
in the high-cost serving areas sub-basket and in the single and multi-line
business local exchange services basket interim, effective 1 August

2004-234 The Commission
approves on a final basis an
application by NorthernTel Limited Partnership, dated 11 June 2004, in
order to revise the date of the first Centrex II service promotional campaign
previously approved by the Commission in Telecom Order CRTC 2004-38, from
18 June 2004 to 19 July 2004. Reference: TN 209.
2004-235 The Commission approves the Billing and Collection Services
agreement between Le Téléphone de St-Éphrem
inc. (St-Éphrem) and the eligible service providers. St-Éphrem
filed the application on 11 June 2004. Reference: 8340-S6-200406003.
2004-236 The Commission approves on an interim basis an application by
TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc., dated 22 September 2003 and
amended on 16 April 2004 and 26 May 2004, in order to reduce
the monthly rates of ProxiRéseau service for transmission speeds
of 1024/1536 kilobits per second by amounts ranging from 19.7% to 20.6%,
and to reduce the monthly rates for various components of High Capacity
Digital Network service by amounts ranging from 20.0% to 41.2%. Reference: TNs 359,

2004-237 The Commission approves on an interim basis an application by
Bell Canada, dated 11 June 2004, in order to revise
the rates for the Regional and Provincial network Paths, the Change Management
Fee, and to introduce rates for a T1 Ethernet Port and T1 Network
