2004-285 Kootenay Co-operative Radio, Kootenay Bay, British Columbia. APPROVED – New transmitter in Kootenay Bay for the radio programming undertaking CJLY-FM Nelson.

2004-286 Radio Beauséjour inc., Baie-Sainte-Anne, New Brunswick. APPROVED – New transmitter in Baie-Sainte-Anne for the radio programming undertaking CJSE-FM Shediac.

2004-287 Native Communication Inc., Flin Flon, Manitoba. APPROVED – New transmitter in Flin Flon for the radio programming undertaking CINC-FM Thompson.

2004-288 Saskatchewan Telecommunications, Regina, Saskatoon, Moose Jaw, Prince Albert, Yorkton, Estevan, Weyburn, Swift Current, North Battleford, Battleford, White City and Pilot Butte, Saskatchewan. Suspension of the provision set out in Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2002-286 relating to the requirements regarding non-simultaneous program deletion.

2004-291 9115-0318 Québec inc., Montréal, Quebec. APPROVED – Increase of the effective radiated power from 900 watts to 1,900 watts and decrease of the antenna height from 199.1 metres to 193 metres of the radio programming undertaking CKLX-FM Montréal.

2004-292 Aboriginal Voices Radio Inc., Vancouver, British Columbia. APPROVED – Extension of time limit to commence the operation of the radio programming undertaking, until 1 December 2004.

2004-293 K-Right Communications Limited, Bedford/Sackville and surrounding areas, Kingswood, Glen Arbour, Westwood Hills, Haliburton Hills and Waterstone, Nova Scotia. Telecom Orders:

2004-246 The Commission approves an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 17 June 2004, in order to renew an existing special assembly arrangement for unidirectional/preemptable video and audio channels between a number of locations within Aliant Telecom's New Brunswick region. Reference: TN 137. Eff. date = 23.07.04.

2004-247 The Commission approves an application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel), dated 4 May 2004, to introduce General Tariff – Basic Services item 105.16, SaskTel Unserved Premises Improvement Tariff and directs the company to assign the service in question to the other capped services basket. Reference: TN 65. Eff. date = 23.07.04.

2004-248 The Commission denies an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 4 April 2003, in order to incorporate a clause in the conditions of service to clearly state the termination charges applicable for the early termination of a contract for these services, and to allow for the waiver of such charges if the customer contracted for another service with TCI or a TCI affiliate where the committed revenues were equal to or greater than those that remained under the original contract. Reference: TN 511.
