2004-209 The
Commission approves an application by NorthernTel Limited Partnership, dated
21 May 2004, in order to introduce Visual Call Waiting for single line residence
and business customers, as an enhancement to Call Waiting and Call Display Name

2004-210 The
Commission approves on an interim basis an application by NorthernTel Limited
Partnership, dated 29 July 2003 and amended on 16 February 2004, to introduce
