2004-177 The Commission approves an application by Prince Rupert City
Telephones (CityTel), dated 26 April 2004, to offer a promotion
whereby CityTel would waive the service connection charge for new
cellular customers between 1 June 2004 and 1 August 2004.
The proposed promotion would be repeated between 1 December 2004
and 31 December 2004 . Reference: TN 78.
2004-178 The Commission approves, subject to changes, an application
by O.N.Telcom dated 12 February 2004 and amended on 25 March 2004,
to introduce additional Calling features packages and services and to
revise some calling features. Reference: TN 105. Eff. date = 01.06.04.

Commission approves, subject to changes, an application by O.N.Telcom
dated 12 February 2004 and amended on 25 March 2004, to increase
