Broadcasting Decisions:
2004-8-1 CTV
Television Inc., across Canada. The Commission corrects the condition of licence
no. 1 (a) set out in the appendix of Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2004-8.
2004-211 The
Score Television Network Ltd., across Canada. APPROVED – Addition of a subsection
to the existing condition of licence number 4, as noted in the decision, for the
broadcasting licence for the national English-language specialty programming
undertaking known as The Score.
Telecom Decision:
2004-41 The
Commission changes the co-location tariffs and central office license agreements
of all local exchange carriers that offer co-location service.

Telecom Orders:
2004-199 The
Commission approves an application by Westport Telephone Company Limited, dated
6 May 2004, in order to introduce a service work charge for installing additional

2004-200 The
Commission approves on an interim basis an application by NorthernTel Limited
Partnership, dated 11 June 2004, in order to revise the date of the first
Centrex II service promotional campaign previously approved by the Commission in
Telecom Order CRTC 2004-38, from 18 June 2004 to 19 July 2004. Reference: TN 209.
