Broadcasting Decisions:

2004-212 BAF Audio Visual Inc. Toronto, Ontario. APPROVED – Renewal of the broadcasting licence for the low-power AM radio programming undertaking CHEV Toronto, from 1 July 2004 to 31 August 2004.

2004-213 Hector Broadcasting Limited. New Glasgow, Nova Scotia. APPROVED – Renewal of the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CKEC New Glasgow, from 1 September 2004 to 31 August 2011.

Telecom Orders:

2004-201 The Commission approves the destandardization of PrimeLine Executive (PrimeLine), subject to the condition that Bell Canada allows current PrimeLine subscribers to make changes to their calling schedules. The Commission denies Bell Canada 's application to withdraw PrimeLine. Reference: TN 6752.

2004-202 The Commission approves an application by MTS Communications Inc., dated 27 April 2004, to introduce Supplementary Tariff Special Assemblies item 17550, Customer-Provided Equipment Co-Located in Fort Rouge Central Office, for a number of specific customers. Reference: TN 530. Eff. date = 22.06.04.

2004-203 The Commission approves,on a de novo basis, an application by Aliant Telecom Inc., dated 3 March 2004, in order to increase by $2 the non-contracted monthly rate for Centrex service in the smaller volume bands (up to 1,500 lines) in the provinces of Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador and Prince Edward Island and for all volume bands in New Brunswick. Reference: TN 126.

2004-204 The Commission approves with changes an application by TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. (TELUS Québec), dated 22 December 2003, to modify General Tariff item 2.27, Residential Bundles, in order to introduce service bundles that include basic residential local exchange service, residential optional services and forborne services. Reference: TN 371. Eff. date = 22.06.04.

2004-205 The Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. (TELUS Québec), dated 22 December 2003, to add a condition restricting the availability of residential service bundles to customers who use TELUS Québec as their Primary Interexchange Carrier. Reference: TN 372. Eff. date = 22.06.04.
