Broadcasting Decisions:

2004-193 455166 B.C. Ltd. Silver Creek, British Columbia. The Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to 455166 B.C. Ltd. for the undertaking serving Silver Creek.

2004-194 United Christian Broadcasters Canada. Belleville, Ontario. APPROVED – Decrease of the effective radiated power of the transmitter from 45,000 watts to 15,000 watts and increase of the antenna height from 93.2 metres to 135.8 metres of the authorized contours of the radio programming undertaking CKJJ-FM Belleville.

2004-195 CreeComm Radio Inc. Winnipeg, Manitoba. APPROVED – Increase of the effective radiated power from 201 watts to 250 watts of the authorized contours of the radio programming undertaking CKIC-FM Winnipeg.

2004-196 Corus Radio Company. Vancouver, British Columbia. Complaint regarding the broadcast of an episode of The Tom Leykis Show on radio station CHMJ Vancouver. (.pdf)

2004-197 Request by Pelmorex Communications Inc. for an order under section 9(1)(h) of the Broadcasting Act regarding the distribution of The Weather Network and MétéoMédia by Star Choice Communications Inc.

2004-198 Request by the licensees of The Sports Network, Talk TV and Le Réseau des sports for an order under section 9(1)(h) of the Broadcasting Act regarding the distribution of these services by Star Choice Communications Inc.

Telecom Decision:

2004-37 The Commission makes its determinations on the issues set out in Cable modems for third-party Internet access, Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2002-7, 6 December 2002. Further, the Commission directs the cable carriers defined within to file proposed tariffs for second-level testing, for Commission approval, within 30 days of this decision. Reference: 8643-C12-08/02.

Telecom Orders:

2004-181 The Commission approves on a final basis an application by TELUS Communications Inc., dated 12 January 2004 and amended on 25 March 2004 and 28 April 2004, to introduce Special Facilities Tariff item 688, Data Transmission - Flat Rate Low-Speed Data Network service. Reference: TNs 134, 134A and 134B.

2004-182 The Commission approves a revised Schedule C of the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection between ExaTEL Inc. and Bell   Canada. ExaTEL Inc. filed the application on 19 April 2004. Reference: 8340-E30-0814/03.
