2004-38 Proposed
measures to ensure that French-language Canadian drama remains a key component
of peak time viewing – Call for comments. The Commission will accept

Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:
2004-4 The Commission
will hold a public hearing commencing on 9 August 2004 at 9:00 a.m., at
the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec,
to consider the various broadcasting applications. The intervention/observation
deadline is 15 July 2004.
Telecom Orders:
2004-185 The
Commission approves with changes an application by North Renfrew Telephone
Company Limited, dated 27 April 2004, in order to allow third party access
to the company's aerial support structures. Reference: TN 23. Eff. date

2004-186 The Commission
approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 29 April 2004, in order
to provide a DS-1 digital facility between the customer's premises in
Notre Dame-du-Bon Conseil, Quebec, located in the operating territory
of Téléphone Guèvremont, and Bell Canada's central
