Broadcasting Decisions:

2004-199 Priszm Brandz Properties Ltd., Toronto, Ontario. APPROVED – New English-language radio network consisting of the weekly “Live from Wayne Gretzky’s.” The licence will expire on 31 August 2010.

2004-200 Western Singh Sabha Association, Williams Lake, British Columbia. APPROVED – New low-power specialty FM (ethnic and religious) radio station in Williams Lake. The licence will expire 31 August 2010.

2004-201 King’s Kids Promotions Outreach Ministries Incorporated, Peterborough, Ontario. APPROVED – New English-language specialty FM radio programming undertaking that will provide a Christian music service to listeners in Peterborough. The licence will expire 31 August 2010.

2004-202 Global Communications Limited, Toronto, Ontario. APPROVED – New transitional digital television undertaking in association with CIII TV-41 Toronto. The licence will expire 31 August 2008.

2004-203 788813 Ontario Inc., Niagara Falls, Ontario. APPROVED – Increase of the effective radiated power from 406 watts to 7,200 watts, while upgrading the licensee’s undertaking on channel 286A to 286B. (.pdf)

2004-204 Southwest One Broadband Services Inc., Montréal (Pointe-Claire area), Quebec. APPROVED – New Class 1 cable broadcasting distribution undertaking to serve Montréal (Pointe-Claire area). 2004-205 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Edmonton and Jean-Côté, Alberta. APPROVED – Deletion of the authority for its relay transmitter CBXAT-13 Jean-Côté, for the television programming undertaking CBXFT Edmonton.

2004-206 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Edmonton and Jean-Côté, Alberta. APPROVED – Deletion of the authority for its relay transmitter CBXFT-10 Jean-Côté, for the television programming undertaking CBXT Edmonton.

Telecom Decision:

2004-38 Application from Call-Net seeking relief from TCI's alleged non compliance with bundling rules. The Commission directs TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI) either to file a tariff with an imputation test for the services provided to Petro-Canada Corporation pursuant to a Master Services Agreement within 60 days, or to cease and desist providing those services to Petro-Canada within 60 days. The Commission finds that the services provided by TCI to each of Crystal Glass, BC Ferries Corporation and the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia do not constitute a bundle within the Commission's definition. Telecom Orders:

2004-187 The Commission approves several items related to the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection between Microcell Solutions Inc. and Bell Canada. Microcell Solutions Inc. filed the application on 30 April 2004. Reference: 8340-M30-0902/02.

2004-188 The Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications Inc., dated 4 May 2004, in order to remove reference to the recovery charge for equal access start-up costs associated with long distance service. Reference: TCBC TN 4211. Eff. date = 01.07.04.
