2004-104 Cogeco Cable Canada Inc., Fergus, Grimsby, Hamilton, Niagara Falls and St. Catharines, Ontario. Cogeco Cable Halton Inc., Georgetown, Ontario. APPROVED - Relief from section 17 of the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations, that would require the licence to distribute CKXT-TV Toronto as part of the basic band (channels 2 to 13). (.pdf)

2004-105 Rogers Cable Inc., London North, St. Thomas, Strathroy, Tillsonburg and Woodstock, Ontario. Rogers Cablesystems Ontario Limited London South, Ontario Rogers Ottawa Limited/Limitée, Ottawa, Ontario. APPROVED - Extension of the authorization to distribute CFMT too, now designated as OMNI.2, as a distant Canadian signal on the basic service of their cable systems, expiring 13 September 2004.

2004-106 Mountain Cablevision Limited, Hamilton, Jarvis and Townsend, Ontario.APPROVED - Change of the authorized service area of the cable distribution undertaking serving Part of Hamilton.

2004-107 Société de télédiffusion du Québec, Montréal and Trois-Rivières, Quebec. APPROVED - Decrease of the effective radiated power from 1,334,200 watts to 889,500 watts of the authorized contours of CIVM-TV Montréal and from 682,000 watts to 651,800 watts of the authorized contours of the transmitter CIVC TV Trois Rivières.

2004-108 Monarch Broadband West Ltd., Fernie, British Columbia. The Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Monarch Broadband West Ltd. for the undertaking serving Fernie.

Telecom Orders:

2004-69 The Commission approves an application by Téléphone Guèvremont inc., dated 10 November 2003, in order to consolidate the items pertaining to toll providers into section 7 of its General Tariff. Reference: TN 34. Eff. date = 10.03.04.

2004-70 The Commission approves an application by Téléphone Guèvremont inc., dated 1 December 2003, in order to remove all definitions pertaining to toll service and to modify other definitions to remove references to two party and four party services in section 1.1 of its General Tariff. Reference: TN 36. Eff. date = 10.03.04.

2004-71 The Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications Inc., dated 3 February 2004, to revise the former TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. list of rate centers and exchanges British Columbia, in order to reflect a name change from Weber to Overli, and to delete the vertical and horizontal co-ordinates for Westview Marine, which is no longer in service. Reference: TCBC TN 4205. Eff. date = 10.03.04.

2004-72 The Commission approves an application by Société en commandite Télébec, dated 2 February 2004, to introduce an integrated voice messaging service option, TéléRéponse avec répondant "0", to business primary exchange service customers at a monthly rate of $3. The Commission directs Télébec to assign this service to the Uncapped Services basket. Reference: TN 303. Eff. date = 10.03.04.
