2004-91 The Commission approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 12 February 2004, to revise its Special Facilities Tariff in order to add an administrative charge to provide the customer with a 128 Kbps digital facility in the non serving area of Kuujjuarapik, Quebec. 2004-92 The Commission approves on an interim basis an application by Vidéotron Télécom ltée, dated 12 February 2004, to revise General Tariff item 302, Trunk side Access, in order to reflect the adjustments made to the incumbent local exchange carriers' Direct Connection rates approved in Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-83.
