2004-18 The Commission
has made amendments to the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations – Implementation
of the policy framework for community-based media as set out in the appendix
to the notice. These amendments were registered and came into force on
17 December 2003, and were published in Part II of the Canada Gazette on
