Broadcasting Decisions:

2004-129 Bell ExpressVu Inc., (the general partner), and BCE Inc. and 4119649 Canada Inc. Broadcasting Public Notices:

2004-19 Introductory statement to Broadcasting Decisions CRTC 2004-129 and 2004-130, which renew the licences of the ExpressVu and Star Choice direct-to-home satellite distribution undertakings. (.pdf)

2004-20 Call for comments on a request to amend the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations to add provisions governing the audit of affiliation payments. Comments should be filed on or before 17 May 2004.

2004-21 Contributions to Canadian programming by broadcasting distribution undertakings. The Commission invites Star Choice to file for Commission approval, by 30 April 2004, a proposal describing its intended allocation of funds to specific licensees over its new licence term, as part of its requirement under section 44(1)(b) of the Regulations.

Telecom Orders:

2004-103 The Commission approves an application by Amtelecom Inc., dated 24 February 2004, in order to increase its residential individual line service rate that would apply in all of its exchanges. Reference: TN 51. Eff. date = 01.04.04.

2004-104 The Commission approves Guèvremont's request to withdraw its application dated 10 October 2003, in order to introduce item 13, Pay Telephone Service with Customer-Provided Equipment. Reference: TN 33.

2004-105 The Commission approves, subject to changes, an application by Northwestel Inc., dated 22 November 2002, relating to late payment charges. Reference: TN 779.

2004-106 The Commission approves an application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications, dated 15 January 2004, to revise several General Tariff items in order to increase the rates for business services in high-cost serving areas. Reference: TN 55. Eff. date = 31.03.04.
