Broadcasting Decision:
2004-103 Persona Communications Inc., Avonmore, Blackstock, Bonfield,
etc., Ontario; Grenville, L'Annonciation, Montpellier, etc., Quebec. The Commission revokes the broadcasting licences issued to Persona
Communications Inc., for the undertakings noted in the Decision.
Broadcasting Public Notice:
2004-12 Program log reporting requirements for conventional television
stations – Call for comments. The Commission will accept comments that
it receives on or before 10 May 2004.
Telecom Orders:
2004-66 The Commission approves an application by Prince Rupert City
Telephones, dated 16 December 2003, to remove several services
for which the company currently has no customers and no longer wishes
to offer to new customers. Reference: TN 71. Eff. date = 09.03.04.
2004-67 The Commission approves an application by NorthernTel Limited
Partnership, dated 27 January 2004, in order to withdraw
the Carrier Access Tariff and the billing and collection service

2004-68 The Commission approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 22 January 2004, to introduce Private Label Internet
