2004-144 The
Commission approves an application by Dryden Municipal Telephone System, dated
23 March 2004, to revise item 7, 9-1-1 Public Emergency Reporting Service, under
section 100 of its General Tariff in order to remove the references to providing
the service to areas outside of the company's operating territory. Reference: TN 24.

2004-145 The
Commission approves an application by La Compagnie de Téléphone de St-Victor,
dated 22 March 2004, to introduce rates, terms and conditions to the
interconnection of interexchange service providers in sections 4.1 to 4.8 of its
General Tariff, and to move sections 7.1 and 7.2 to section 4.6, Billing and
Collection tariff. Reference: TN 30.

Commission approves an application by Tuckersmith Communications Co-operative
