2004-471 Fairchild Radio Group Ltd. Toronto, Ontario. APPROVED - Deletion of the conditions of licence that restrict the number of hours of programming which the station may direct to the Chinese community, and the hours during which it may broadcast programming in Mandarin and Cantonese for the radio programming undertaking CHKT Toronto. 2004-364 The Commission approves an application by CoopTel, dated 15 September 2004, to introduce a $0.2382 compensation per call charge for toll-free calls made from a public or semi-public payphone, to be billed to the long distance service provider. Reference: TN 59. Eff. date = 01.11.04.

2004-365 The Commission approves an application by La Corporation de Téléphone de La Baie, dated  9 September 2004, to introduce a $0.2382 compensation per call charge for toll-free calls made from a public or semi-public payphone, to be billed to the long distance service provider. 2004-366 The Commission approves an application by Le Téléphone de St-Liboire de Bagot Inc., dated 7 September 2004, to introduce a $0.2382 compensation per call charge for toll-free calls made from a public or semi-public payphone, to be billed to the long distance service provider. 2004-367 The Commission approves an application by La Cie de Téléphone de Courcelles Inc., dated 8 September 2004, to introduce a $0.2382 compensation per call charge for toll-free calls made from a public or semi-public payphone, to be billed to the long distance service provider. 2004-368 The Commission approves an application by Téléphone Milot inc., dated 24 September 2004, to introduce a $0.2382 compensation per call charge for toll-free calls made from a public or semi-public payphone, to be billed to the long distance service provider. 2004-369 The Commission approves an application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications, dated 17 September 2004, to introduce Special Facilities Tariff item 1000.03, Emergency Voice Local Network Access Redirection. Reference: TN 72. Eff. date = 01.11.04.

2004-370 The Commission approves the revised Schedule C of the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection between Microcell Solutions Inc. (Microcell) and Bell   Canada. Microcell filed the application on 17 September 2004. Reference: 8340-M30-0902/03.

2004-371 The Commission denies an application by Bell Canada, dated 16 August 2004, to remove the $8.00 maximum charge associated with the use of Last call return, Busy call return and Three-way calling on a pay-per-activation basis. Reference: TN 6829.
