2004-86 Call for comments on changes to the winback rules regarding their application to both customers and subscribers. The Commission will accept comments that it receives on or before Monday, 13 December 2004.

2004-374 The Commission approves on a final basis an application by Bell Canada, dated 6 October 2004, to revise Special Facilities Tariff item B104, DMS Translations Software Changes For Call Blocking On DEA or PRI, in order to prevent conference group callers from dialing directly to a predetermined list of countries.
