Telecom Decision:
2004-69-1
The Commission is issuing corrections to paragraphs 52 and 60 of Point of
interconnection and service charge rates, terms and conditions for third party
Internet access using cable networks, Telecom Decision CRTC 2004-69,
2 November 2004. Reference: Rogers TNs 11 and 11A, Cogeco TNs 7 and 8,
Shaw TNs 4, 4A and 4B, and Vidéotron TN 8.

Ownership applications granted approval. The Commission publishes a list of
transfers of ownership and changes to the effective control of broadcasting
undertakings that it has authorized during the period 1 September 2004 to
31 October 2004 pursuant to its streamlined procedure.
2004-90 The
Commission has received various broadcasting applications. Intervention deadline:
29 December 2004.
Telecom Orders:
2004-392 The
Commission approves an application by Aliant Telecom Inc., dated 7 October 2004,
in order to add an option to the Primary Access service that would allow
customers the ability to dial 9-1-1 or a toll free number while on temporary
suspension of service. Reference: TN 140. Eff. date = 24.11.04.
2004-393 The
Commission approves the Appendices 4 and 5 of Schedule C to the Master Agreement
for Local Interconnection between TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI) and Globility
Communications Corporation. TCI filed the application on 30 September 2004.
