Commission approves an application by MTS Allstream Inc., dated 7 September 2004,
to revise its Supplementary Tariff Special Services and Facilities, in order to
destandardize interexchange analogue private line services between exchanges in
Manitoba and the United States, connected at the international border crossing

2004-343 The
Commission approves on an interim basis an application by ExaTEL Inc., dated
23 July 2004, to revise several General Tariff items in order to reflect the
lower interconnection rates issued by the incumbent local exchange carriers
pursuant to Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-34, 30 May 2002. Reference: TN 7.

Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications Inc. dated 14 July
2004, to revise the former TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. General Tariff.

Municipal Telephone System, dated 21 July 2004, to revise its General Tariff in
