2004-346 The Commission approves an application by Cogeco
Cable Canada Inc. (Cogeco), dated 10 September 2004, to revise
the tariff for Third Party Internet Access service in order to reflect
Cogeco's reorganization which became effective 1 September 2004. Reference: TN 13.

2004-347 The Commission approves an application by MTS Allstream
Inc., dated 7 September 2004, in order to withdraw the Name That
Number feature from its Supplementary Tariff - Special Services and

2004-348 The Commission approves on an interim basis an
application by Bell Canada, dated 6 October 2004, to revise
Special Facilities Tariff item B104, DMS Translations Software Changes
For Call Blocking On DEA or PRI, in order to prevent conference group
callers from dialing directly to a predetermined list of countries. Reference: TN 6833.

2004-349 The Commission approves on an interim basis an
application by TELUS Communications Inc., dated 30 September 2004
and amended on 12 October 2004, to revise Special Facilities
Tariff item 211, Wireless Transport Network Service - Lower
Mainland and Southern Vancouver Island (B.C. Only), and its associated
agreements, in order to extend the contract period of an existing customer-specific
