Broadcasting Decisions:

2004-422 YTV Canada Inc. and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (the general partners), and 3366341 Canada Inc., Barna-Alper Productions Inc., CineNova Productions Inc., National Film Board of Canada and Omni Film Productions Ltd. (the limited partners), carrying on business as The Canadian Documentary Channel Limited Partnership, across Canada. APPROVED – Addition of program categories to the licence of The Canadian Documentary Channel.

2004-423 S.S.TV Inc., across Canada. APPROVED – Amendment of its nature of service condition of licence, to alter the languages that may be broadcast by the service of the national Category 2 specialty television service known as S.S.TV.

2004-424 Rogers SportsNet Inc., across Canada. APPROVED – Distribution in the high definition (HD) format of the national specialty programming undertaking known as SportsNet.
