Telecom Decision:
2004-63 The
Commission approves, with one exception, the Canadian Marketing Association's
(CMA's) application to stay Review of telemarketing rules, Telecom
Decision CRTC 2004-35, 21 May 2004, pending the disposition of the CMA's
application to review and vary that Decision. The stay applies to all
requirements set out in Decision 2004-35 except the requirement that
telecommunications service providers track and report complaint statistics; this

Broadcasting Public Notice:
2004-73 The
Commission has received an application from Star Choice Television Network
Incorporated and Canadian Satellite Communications Inc., across Canada. Deadlines
for submission of interventions/comments: 2 and 12 November 2004.
Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:
2004-6-4 The
Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 1 November 2004 at 9:30 a.m.,
at the Conference Centre, Portage IV, 140 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec,
to consider other broadcasting applications. The interventions/comments deadline
is 14 October 2004.

2004-325 The
Commission approves the unexecuted Basic Listing Interchange File agreement filed
by Shaw Telecom Inc. on 7 June 2004 and amended on 23 August 2004. Reference:

2004-326 The
Commission approves on an interim basis the ex parte application by Bell
Canada, dated 1 September 2004, to amend contract P1-74. Reference: TN 817
