2004-59 The
Commission denies TELUS Communications Inc.'s application to revise its
tariff for competitive payphone toll free tracking report service in order
to clarify that the monthly rate applies on a provincial basis. Reference:

Commission has received an application from Rogers Cable Communications

2004-307
Complaint against Bell Canada concerning termination charges and collection
practices. The Commission upholds the tariffed termination charge as applied
by Bell Canada on the early termination of the one year contract for Local

2004-308 The Commission
approves, with modifications, an application by TELUS Communications Inc.,
dated 17 December 2003, to introduce Directory File Service to its General

approves an application by MTS Allstream Inc., dated 4 August 2004, to
withdraw Teleroute 200 Service from its Supplementary Tariff - Special
