Broadcasting Decision: 

2003-114 Vidéotron ltée, Dolbeau, Montréal, etc., Quebec. CF Cable TV Inc., Montréal, Quebec. Videotron (Regional) Ltd., Ascot Corner, Coaticook, etc., Ontario. APPROVED – Authority to distribute, on a discretionary digital basis, a second set of U.S. 4+1 signals, for the cable distribution undertakings serving the localities mentioned in the decision.

Broadcasting Public Notice: 

2003-18 Application of the concept of end-user choice in multiple unit dwelling condominium. The Commission determines that, in the case of condominiums, the concept of end-user choice will be applied at the level of the condominium board of directors or strata council.

Telecom Orders:

2003-148 The Commission approves on an interim basis O.N.Telcom's Primary Interexchange Carrier/Customer Account Record Exchange Access Customer Handbook, subject to the company incorporating amendments. Reference: 8643-O4-02/01.

2003-149 The Commission approves, with changes, an application by La Compagnie de Téléphone de St-Victor, dated 22 November 2002, to increase the following monthly rates : residential individual line, $19.63; business individual line, $38.86; business push button line, $39.89; and business PBX line service, $46.19. Reference: TN 23. Eff. date = 11.04.03.

2003-150 The Commission approves an application by MTS Communications Inc., dated 27 January 2003, in order to reflect the Commission's modifications to the affiliate rule in Regulatory safeguards with respect to incumbent affiliates, bundling by Bell Canada and related matters, Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-76, 12 December 2002. Reference: TN 498. Eff. date = 11.04.03.

2003-151 The Commission approves an application by Société en commandite Télébec, dated 27 January 2003, in order to reflect the Commission's modifications to the affiliate rule in Regulatory safeguards with respect to incumbent affiliates, bundling by Bell Canada and related matters, Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-76, 12 December 2002.
