Broadcasting Decisions:
2003-383 Subsidiaries
of Shaw Communications Inc. and Bragg Communications Incorporated –
Non-compliance concerning the use of local availabilities. The Commission
directs Shaw and Bragg to file quarterly compliance reports for the next
three years relating to the use of local availabilities and the promotion
of retail Internet and telephony services. The Commission also clarifies
that the relevant condition of licence pertaining to local availabilities
does not permit mentions “in passing” of services that may
be offered by a broadcasting distribution undertaking, such as Internet
or telephony services, that are not specifically mentioned in the condition

approves an application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications, dated 30 June
2003, to revise several items in its General Tariff, Special Facilities
Tariff and Competitor Access Tariff. The Commission notes that these revisions

approves an application by MTS Communications Inc., dated 2 July 2003,
to revise General Tariff item 3000, Wireless Mobile Radio Network Access
Service, in order to provide for the adoption of the monthly rates and
service charges for Bell Canada's wireless access service (WAS) for line-side
