The Commission directs Shaw and Bragg to file quarterly compliance reports for the next three years relating to the use of local availabilities and the promotion of retail Internet and telephony services. The Commission also clarifies that the relevant condition of licence pertaining to local availabilities does not permit mentions “in passing” of services that may be offered by a broadcasting distribution undertaking, such as Internet or telephony services, that are not specifically mentioned in the condition of licence. Telecom Orders:2003-326 The Commission approves an application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications, dated 30 June 2003, to revise several items in its General Tariff, Special Facilities Tariff and Competitor Access Tariff.
