VII application by Shaw Communications Inc. requesting a proceeding to
consider the rates for Type B, C and D conduit provided by TELUS Communications
Inc. The Commission varies that part of Order CRTC 2000-13, 18 January
2000, in which it approved the elimination of the distinct rates for TELUS
Communications Inc.'s (TCI) Type B, C and D conduit and directs TCI to
issue revised tariff pages reinstating the definitions and rates for Type
B, C and D conduit given final approval in Telecom Decision CRTC
