The licence will expire 31 August 2009. 2003-426 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. APPROVED – Extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the new transmitter of CBK-FM Prince Albert, until 10 August 2004. 2003-427 Coopérative de Câblodistribution de Saint-Fidèle, Saint-Fidèle, Quebec. The Commission revokes the broadcasting licence for the undertaking serving Saint-Fidèle. 2003-428 Monarch Cablesystems Ltd., Banff, Alberta. The Commission revokes the broadcasting licence for the undertaking serving Banff. 2003-429 Bell ExpressVu Inc., the general partner, and BCE Inc. and 4119649 Canada Inc. (partners in BCE Holding G.P.), the limited partners, carrying on business as Bell ExpressVu Limited Partnership, across Canada. APPROVED – Amendment of conditions 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the broadcasting licence for the national terrestrial television pay-per-view undertaking pertaining to programming and carriage. 2003-430 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, on behalf of Parks Canada, Waterton Lakes National Park, Alberta. APPROVED – Renewal of the broadcasting licence (Tourist/Weather/Traffic information/Environment Canada) for the radio programming undertaking CBPJ-FM-1 Waterton Lakes National Park, from 1 September 2003 to 31 August 2010. 2003-431 Fondation radio enfant (du Canada), Gatineau, Quebec and Ottawa, Ontario. APPROVED – Operation of a not-for-profit French-language AM radio station in Gatineau and Ottawa, expiring 31 August 2009. DENIED – Access to contributions by broadcasting distribution undertakings to Canadian programming. DENIED – Eligibility for CAB contributions to Canadian talent development. Broadcasting Public Notice:2003-45 The Commission has received an application from Novus Entertainment Inc., Vancouver, British Columbia, to amend the licence of its Class 1 cable broadcasting distribution undertaking to include an exception to section 20(1) of the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations so as to permit the applicant to receive the KSTW (IND) Tacoma/Seattle from a non-Canadian satellite service.
