2003-598 Rogers
Cable Inc., on behalf of itself and of its subsidiaries Rogers Cablesystems
Ontario Limited, Rogers Cable Atlantic Inc., Rogers Ottawa Limited/Limitée,

2003-506 The Commission
approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 7 November 2003, to destandardize
Class C signal channels. Reference: TN

2003-507 The Commission
approves on a final basis an application by Bell Canada, dated 10 February
2003, to revise General Tariff item 680, Centrex III Local Link Package,
in order to increase the monthly rate per access line by $2.00 for the
non contracted service and by $1.00 for small and medium business customers
who contracted for a one year service period. Reference: TN

2003-508 The Commission
approves an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 30 September
2003, to add three optional features to Integrated Services Digital Network
Primary Rate Interface (ISDN-PRI) service in Alberta, effective 15 December
2003. The Commission however denies TCI's request to ratify charging for
this service prior to the date of approval of this application. Reference:

2003-509 The Commission
approves on a final basis, with the exception of section 2.4 of item 313,
an application by Northwestel Inc. dated 15 July 2003 and amended on 30
July 2003 and 27 October 2003, to offer two prepaid cards with distinct

approves an application by MTS Communications Inc. (MTS), dated 7 November
