Telecom Orders:
2003-77 The
Commission approves O.N.Telcom's request, dated 7 November 2002 and
amended on 26 November 2002, to delete reference to the sale, lease or
maintenance of terminal equipment in General Tariff items 2350 to 2355 and
item 2500. Eff. date: 18.02.03. Further, the Commission denies
O.N.Telcom's request for forbearance regarding items 2340 and 2341,
Private Branch Exchange – Direct Inward Dialing. Reference: TNs 99
and 99A.
2003-78 The
Commission approves an application by Prince Rupert City Telephones, dated
8 January 2003, in order to provide a clear transmission channel for a
one-way, point-to-point transmission of audio signal from a broadcast location
to a studio in the customer's radio station. Reference: TN 61.
