The Commission has received an application from Saskatchewan
Communications Network Corporation (SCN), Regina, Saskatchewan. Deadline
for comments: 13 March 2003 and for replies: 28 March 2003.

2003-65 The Commission
approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 8 November 2002 and amended on 17
December 2002, in order to provide an OC-48 access service between the
customer's premise and the company's serving wire centre.

2003-66 The Commission
approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 16 December 2002, in order to
provide a 32 Kbps and 64 Kbps channels for satellite access between Kuujjuak

approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 17 December 2002, in order to
remove certain data channel services and features as there are no customers for
these services and they are no longer available due to the manufacturer's
discontinuation of the equipment used to support them: Reference: TN 6719.

approves an application by La Corporation de Téléphone de La Baie, dated 23
December 2002, to add Digital Subscriber Line Access Service, in order to allow
service providers to connect their own digital subscriber line equipment to a
