Amendment to proposed exemption order for very low-power FM radio warning
systems. Deadline for comments: 18 February 2003.
2002-48-2 The
Commission extended the deadline for comments on the establishment of rules to
govern the distribution of specialty services on the basic service of fully
digital cable undertakings. Deadlines for comments: 14 February 2003
and 14 March 2003.
Telecom Orders:
2003-21 The
Commission denies an application by MTS Communications Inc., dated 22 May 2002,
in order to remove the local directory assistance charge exemption for persons
calling from public and semi-public telephones. Reference: TN 479.
2003-22 The Commission
approves the executed Agreement Specifying the Procedures of the
Interexchange Carrier Group between MTS Communications Inc. and Navigata
Communications Inc. Reference: 8340-M3-0885-00.
2003-23 The Commission
approves an application by O.N.Telcom, dated 26 November 2002, in order to
add a reference mark to denote a discontinued rate or regulation in the
company's Tariff. Reference: TN 100.

2003-24 The Commission
approves an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 8 November 2002
and modified on 5 December 2002, to introduce a promotion from 28 January
2003 to 30 June 2003, that would encourage residential customers to order
call features, voicemail or bundles through TCI's Internet site. Reference: TNs 75
and 75A.
