decision, the Commission directs Aliant Telecom Inc., MTS Communications
Inc., TELUS Communications Inc., and Saskatchewan Telecommunications to apply,
in their respective operating territories, the winback rules prescribed for
Bell Canada in Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-37,
27 June 2002. Reference: 8638-C12-65/02.
