corrects Decision CRTC 2002-311
dated 16 October 2002, in which the deadline to commence operations, in
the second paragraph, should have read 5 April 2003.
Telecom Decision:
2003-2 In
Regulatory framework for second price cap period, Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-34,
30 May 2002, the Commission stated that it would explore a large construction
charges instalment payment plan for the provision of residential telephone
service in high-cost serving areas for charges to the customer greater than
$10,000. In this decision, the Commission approves such a plan for Bell Canada,
TELUS Communications Inc. and Aliant Telecom Inc. Reference: 8638-C12-63/02.

2003-3 The
Commission has received applications from Carrefour Jeunesse Emploi – Comté
Johnson, Windsor, Quebec and SILK FM Broadcasting Ltd., Kelowna and Magna Bay,

Telecom Orders:
2003-47 The
Commission approves the unexecuted Basic Listing Interchange File Agreement
filed by Microcell Telecommunications Inc. Reference: 8340-M29-0807/00.
2003-48 The
Commission approves an application by Société d'administration des tarifs
d'accès des télécommunicateurs, filed on behalf of Compagnie de téléphone
Nantes inc. (Nantes), dated 14 November 2002, in order to introduce voice
messaging service to Nantes' residential and business individual line
subscribers. Reference: TN 13.
