2003-237 Aboriginal Voices Radio Inc., Toronto, Ontario. APPROVED - Increase of the effective radiated power of the radio programming undertaking CFIE FM Toronto, from 350 watts to 1,100 watts.

2003-238 Standard Radio Inc., London, Ontario. APPROVED - Broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CKSL London, from 1 September 2003 to 31 August 2010.

2003-239 Blackburn Radio Inc., Wingham and Centreville, Ontario. APPROVED - Broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CKNX FM Wingham and its transmitter CKNX FM 2 Centreville, from 1 September 2003 to 31 August 2010.

Telecom Decision:

2003-47 The Commission determines that the mandatory resale condition established in Application concerning access by Internet service providers to incumbent cable carriers' telecommunications facilities, Telecom Decision CRTC 99-11, 14 September 1999 (Decision 99-11), applies to Lite Internet services (IS). Accordingly, the mandated 25% discount established in Decision 99-11 applies to retail Lite IS, effective the date of this decision, until such time as access to the underlying telecommunications facilities used to provide retail Lite IS is provided pursuant to approved tariffs.
