service to serve the CityPlace development in Toronto, expiring 31 August

Canada. APPROVED - Amendment to the condition of licence for DOGS… the
dog lovers channel, a national specialty television Category 2 service,
pertaining to the definition of “broadcast day”, as noted in the decision.

July 2003 at 9:00 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du
Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the commission has decided to withdraw the
item 7 from the public hearing and reschedule it at a later date.
