Broadcasting Public Notice:
2003-29 The
Commission has received an application from: Bell ExpressVu Inc., the
General Partner, and Bce Inc. and 4119649 Canada Inc. (Partners in BCE
Holding General Partnership), the Limited Partners, carrying on Business
as Bell ExpressVu Limited Partnership, across Canada - to amend three
conditions of licence associated with its terrestrial pay per view service
with the intent of making the programming carriage commitment comparable
to those of its DTH PPV service. Intervention deadline: 4 July 2003.

2003-236 The
Commission approves an application by Le Téléphone de St-Liboire de Bagot
Inc., dated 5 May 2003, to introduce an annual charge of $15.45 for pole
space rental, and a monthly charge of $0.24 for strand rental. Reference:
