Commission approves Bell Canada's revised service improvement plan of
$127.8 million. Reference:

2003-44 The
Commission approves an application by the Canadian Payphone Association
requesting an integrated Pay Telephone Access Lines tariff for TELUS
Communications Inc. (TCI) and directs TCI to file a proposed amalgamated PAL
tariff within 30 days of the date of this decision. Reference:

2003-257 The
Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications Inc., dated 21 May
2003, in order to remove the sixth month free offer from General Tariff
items 302, Residence Value Bundle, and 303, Residence No Limits Bundle.

2003-258 The
Commission approves an application by NorthernTel Limited Partnership
(NorthernTel), dated 10 March 2003 in order to transfer responsibility for
maintenance and repair of existing inside wire and new installations, additions,

Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications Inc., dated 18 October
2002, to amalgamate tariff items associated with the public and semi-public pay
