Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, across Canada. APPROVED – Acquisition of the
assets of the Category 1 digital specialty service Country Canada from 3899071
Canada Inc. The licence will expire on 31 August 2007.
2003-173
Battlefords Tourism and Convention Association Inc., North Battleford,
Saskatchewan. APPROVED – New low-power English-language FM radio programming
undertaking providing a tourist information service in North Battleford,
Saskatchewan. The licence will expire on 31 August 2009.

Réseau Radio Campus Laval, (Sainte-Foy) Québec, Quebec. APPROVED – Increase of
the effective radiated power of the radio programming undertaking CHYZ-FM
(Sainte-Foy) Québec, from 239 watts to 6,000 watts, change to the authorized
coverage contours resulting from the increase in power and an increase in the
antenna height.

2003-36
Applicability of interim quality of service rate adjustment mechanisms and
related matters. The Commission concludes that it is appropriate for Saskatchewan
Telecommunications to be subject to the same interim quality of service rate
adjustment mechanisms as those applicable to other incumbent local exchange
carriers (ILECs). Reference:

2003-232 The
Commission approves a revised Schedule C to the Master Agreement for
Interconnection between ExaTEL Inc. (ExaTEL) and Bell Canada. ExaTEL filed the
application on 30 April 2003. Reference:

2003-233 The
Commission approves an application Mornington Communications Co-operative
Limited, dated 26 March 2003, to increase the monthly rates for residential and
business primary exchange services. Reference: TN 29.

Commission approves an application by Sogetel inc., dated 18 October 2002, to
include in its General Tariff item 2.1, Primary Exchange Service and Extended
Area Service, the general principles, criteria, and process for creating expanded
local calling areas. Reference: TN 111.

2003-235 The
Commission approves on a final basis an application by Bell Canada, dated
16 April 2003 and amended on 17 April 2003, to decrease the monthly rate for
Equivalent service for all rate bands except band G, and to reduce the rates
charged for the public switched telephone network connectivity component of
Megalink service, in order to meet its price cap obligations with respect to
